I. OBJECTIVES

By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to:

1. Knowledge

- listen for main ideas and specific information in a conversation about becoming independent learners.

2. Competences

- Develop listening skills: listening for the main idea and listening for specific details

- Be collaborative and supportive in pair work and teamwork;

- Develop presentation skills;

3. Personal qualities

- Be aware of how to become independent learners;

- Develop self-study skills;

- Actively join in class activities.

4. Digital Competences (Năng lực số)

Students are able to:

· 1.1NC1a: Identify information needs; find data, information, and content in a digital environment (Accessing and processing information from digital audio files).

· 2.1NC1a: Interact through different digital technologies and understand digital communication means (Participating in the online Quizizz game).

· 5.4NC1a: Understand own digital competence needs for improvement or updating (Reflecting on digital skills required for self-study and independent learning).

III. PROCEDURES

1. WARM-UP (5 mins)
